About The Event
In this class you will learn the basics of Reiki Energy Healing as well as the history and science behind it. This class will guide the participants to explore their inner gifts and familiarize with Energy Scanning and Balancing Techniques. You will experience the attunement process to open your body channels and will be able to perform Reiki sessions on yourself and others with confidence and purpose.

- Energy Fields of the Human Body - The Human Energy System
- The five elements of Reiki
- Gokai: The five principles of Reiki
- Preparing for a Reiki session - Intention and Ethics
- Grounding
- Scanning the body – Byosen
- Opening your channels and connecting to the Reiki energy
- The 21 days self cleansing process
Materials and manuals will be provided and a Completion Certificate will be awarded at the end of the class.

About the facilitator:
Rosario Tate is a Reiki Master, trained in Peru and India, and belongs to the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage. She is an affiliate Member of the Shukla Reiki Yoga Adhyatma Sewa Samiti (SRYASS) of India. She is also an active member of the Tri-cities community and leads The Healing Tribe studio in Port Moody.
