Heart-Centered Intuition development and healing class

We all have an inner guidance system, and inner wisdom that speaks to us in subtle ways trying to empower our decisions and life path. But also, we all have inner blockages and filters that condition our mind and senses, making us feel lost and vulnerable, alone and confused.  

This 8 sessions class is designed to help the participants discover the personal voice of the inner guidance and develop trust and confidence in their intuition. 

With practical exercises and awareness focus, participants will learn to connect with the many ways intuition speaks: felt/bodily senses, psychic senses, synchronicities, etc, but most importantly, go through the inner work needed to release limiting belief systems and blockages.  

This class is perfect for: intuitive healers, energy workers, intuitive readers and any person with/without previous experience or background, willing to expand their consciousness through self discovery, curiosity and energy healing.  

1 1/2 hr session schedule: 

- Greetings - Settling in the space. 

- Grounding and breathing exercises 

- Theme of the day - Setting the intention 

- Group practice 

- Feedback and validation 

- Integrative energy healing group session.
