About The Event

Register for this nurturing class and take a deeper dive into the basic practices of Shamanism.

*(Classes are open, you can come even if you didn't assist to workshop 1)*.

In this session we will focus on how to connect and work with your Power Animals and Helping Spirits and practice a basic Shamanic Journey to ask for wisdom and healing.

The Shamanic Journey is one of the core pillars of Shamanism. It creates the means by which we communicate with Spirit.

With practice, the Shamanic Journey becomes a powerful tool to the practitioner for sharpening their intuitive guideline and improve decision making.

Some things to consider bringing to our class:

- A comfortable little stool, cushion or yoga mat to sit on our circle.

- Journal/Notebook and pen.

- An eye cover, scarf or bandana for the journey exercises.

- A rattle. A good homemade rattle can be done by putting some loose raw rice into a plastic bottle or can.

- A bottle of water is a good idea to keep hydrated.

- Any sacred object you wish to bless in our altar.

About the facilitator:

Rosario Tate is a Pachakuti Mesa Tradition Carrier, Munay Ki rites medicine woman and has been initiated in the Ancient Peruvian rites by beloved Kamasqa curanderos and altomisayoq Don Oscar Miro-Quesada and Shamanic teachers Christa Lynn and Sandra Ingerman among other traditions.
