Heart Centered Intuition class

We all have an inner guidance system, an inner wisdom that speaks to us in subtle ways trying to empower our decisions and life path. But also, we all have inner blockages and filters that condition our mind and senses, making us feel lost and vulnerable, alone and confused.

This 8 sessions class is designed to help the participants discover the personal voice of the inner guidance and develop trust and confidence in their intuition.

With practical exercises and awareness focus, participants will learn to connect with the many ways intuition speaks: felt/bodily senses, psychic input, etc, but most importantly, go through the inner work needed to shift limiting belief systems and blockages.

This class is perfect for energy/body-mind practitioners, scientific minds and any person with/without previous experience or background, willing to expand their consciousness through self discovery, curiosity and energy healing.

8 sessions schedule:

• S1. Grounding – Creating our personal sacred space – Healing session.
• S2. The Heart Centre: the science of the heart – Coherence - Healing session.
• S3. Working with personal guides – Confident gathering of insight – Healing session.
• S4. Trust: receiving confirmation – Healing session.
• S5. Using the environment to access energetic information - Healing session.
• S6. Inviting the felt sense to access energetic information – Understanding energy, frequency and vibration. Healing session.
• S7. The Metaphysics beyond the veil. Channeling vs. Mediumship - Healing session.
• S8. Tapping into group energy systems – The human collective - Healing session.
